Juan B. possesses an extensive background in leadership and advisory roles across various organizations in the philanthropic and financial sectors. Currently, Juan serves as a Member of the National Philanthropic Board and a Board Member for the Silicon Valley Chapter of the American Red Cross, along with multiple board memberships including ACI Worldwide, Sempervirens Fund, Climate Ride, and NomuPay. Additionally, Juan offers advisory support to Sensible and Ujama Inc. and held significant positions at GoFundMe as both an Advisor and Board Member, and as President and Board Member. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Strategic Advisor for Payments at Banco Santander and as a Board Member for Galileo Financial Technologies prior to its acquisition by SoFi. Juan holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
