Ben Deakin is an experienced professional in the automotive and manufacturing sectors, currently serving as Chief Customer Officer and Head of Implementation & Support at NoMuda VisualFactory since September 2019. Prior to this role, Ben held several positions at BMW Group from January 2013 to September 2019, including Production Manager for Paint Application and Team Leader for Front End Module, as well as responsibilities in root cause analysis. Ben's career began at Ford Motor Company from June 2010 to January 2013 as a Plant Vehicle Team Engineer, focusing on engineering change management. Ben holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Warwick, earned between 2007 and 2010.
