Andrei Milekhin

Andrei Milekhin is a seasoned investment banking professional currently serving as Managing Director and Global Head of Digital Infrastructure Investment Banking at Nomura since July 2016. With a distinguished background in telecoms and digital infrastructure, Milekhin has held various leadership roles including Head of Telecoms & Digital Infrastructure Investment Banking for EMEA and Executive Director in EMEA TMT Investment Banking. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at VimpelCom and multiple positions at UBS Investment Bank, where oversight ranged from media and telecoms to the Russia and CIS markets. Milekhin began a career as an Analyst at Rosbank and holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations, supplemented by a Certificate in Negotiation Mastery from Harvard Business School Online. In recognition of exceptional achievements, Milekhin was awarded M&A Banker of the Year at the TMT M&A Awards EMEA in 2025.
