Billy Johansen

Billy Johansen, CFA, CPA, currently serves as the Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of Americas Finance at Nomura, a position held since September 2019, overseeing CFO strategy, acquisition integration, and digital tooling among other responsibilities. Prior to Nomura, Billy was with AMG Funds as Executive Director, Head of Americas CFO Strategy, and Vice President of CFO Strategic Initiatives, focusing on financial planning, budgeting, and strategic analysis. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Consultant in Finance Management at EY, where consulting services were provided to major Banking and Capital Market clients on finance transformation projects, and summer analyst positions at Goldman Sachs and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Billy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Mercy University.
