Carol Lucito

Carol Lucito is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in compliance and IT. As the Executive Director and US Head of Technology for Compliance, HR, Real Estate, Audit, Legal, and shared corporate services at Nomura since May 2016, Carol drives technological innovation within the organization. Prior to this role, Carol served as the Head of Compliance IT at Deutsche Bank from 1991 to May 2016, leading the Global Compliance IT change team and implementing crucial technology solutions across various compliance initiatives. Earlier in the career at Bankers Trust Company from 1991 to 2000, Carol held the position of Vice President. Carol holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Stony Brook University.
