Damien Sauer

Damien Sauer is a seasoned professional in the Greentech sector, currently serving as Chairman of Nomura Greentech EMEA and Co-Head of Nomura Greentech since April 2020. Prior to his role at Nomura, Damien worked at Greentech Capital Advisors from January 2011 to April 2020 as Partner for Europe. Before that, Damien held significant positions at AREVA, including Head of M&A from January 2008 to December 2010, where key accomplishments included redefining M&A processes and managing a team of M&A managers. Damien's early career included serving as M&A Strategy Manager at AREVA T&D from June 2005 to December 2007, focusing on mid-cap transactions globally. Educationally, Damien holds an MBA from London Business School, a Master in Accounting and Audit from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the same institution, along with Executive Education from Harvard Business School.
