Don Kutch

Don Kutch is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in mortgage banking and structured products. Currently serving as Executive Director at Nomura since January 2019, Don oversees asset and servicing strategies for a residential and commercial whole loan portfolio, managing transaction processes and client relationships. Prior roles include mortgage banking at Promontory MortgagePath, managing residential whole loan portfolios at ZAIS Group, and restructuring mortgage and consumer debt portfolios at Lehman Brothers - Estate. Don's background also includes critical functions in distressed mortgage servicing and client relationship management at Security National, as well as a long tenure as Senior Vice President at Lehman Brothers, where responsibilities included risk management and operational controls for a correspondent lending division. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Finance and a BS in Commerce & Engineering from Drexel University.
