Jose C. Pombo

Jose C. Pombo has over two decades of experience in compliance and investment banking. Currently serving as an Executive Director at Nomura since December 2011, Jose leads Investment Banking and Research Compliance for the Americas. Prior to this role, Jose held the position of Vice President focusing on Research and IBD Compliance. Experience includes developing global Conflicts of Interest protocols at The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd., along with various compliance roles at Lehman Brothers, SG Cowen Securities Corp, JP Morgan Chase & Co, and ING Barings LLC. Jose holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from New York University.
