Kirti Singh

Kirti Singh is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Executive Director, Head of HR- Markets Americas and Global HR Business Partner, Markets at Nomura since April 2023. Prior to this, Kirti held the position of Director, Global HR Business Partner for Markets Fixed Income and Regional Head of HR for Markets Americas at Barclays Investment Bank from December 2017 to March 2023. Kirti also worked at Deutsche Bank as Vice President, Global HR Business Partner from August 2008 to December 2017. Kirti completed a Post Graduation degree at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences between 2005 and 2007.
