Renee Choong

Renee Choong currently serves as a KYC Analyst at Nomura, beginning in January 2023. Prior to this role, Renee held multiple positions at Bandalier and BlockFi, including Team Lead and KYC Analyst, where responsibilities included facilitating the KYC onboarding process and performing client due diligence. Renee also has a strong background in customer service, having worked as a Customer Service Representative in both full-time and part-time capacities at BlockFi. Educationally, Renee earned a Master's degree in Data Analytics from Binghamton University and a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Marketing, Management, and Business Administration from the State University of New York College at Plattsburgh. Additional experience includes roles in residential coordination and community advocacy at various universities, and serving as the Summer Program Director for the Murray Hill Neighborhood Association, overseeing staff and program development.
