Shi Ai Yang is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in risk management and financial resource management. Currently serving as the Executive Director at Nomura since July 2022, Shi Ai Yang heads Prime Finance Risk for the APAC region. Prior experience includes holding key roles at Credit Suisse, where responsibilities spanned from Director and Vice President in Prime Products and Risk to Associate positions in Prime Services Risk across multiple locations. Shi Ai Yang began a career in finance at Deloitte Singapore as an Audit Associate before transitioning to various analytical and management roles in risk at Credit Suisse, significantly contributing to the firm's risk models and calculations from 2011 to 2017.
