Swarnika Agrawal

Swarnika Agrawal is an experienced professional in the financial sector with a strong background in risk methodology. Currently serving as a Coordinator at Women in Financial Markets (WIFM) since January 2025, Swarnika has been with Nomura since July 2018, progressing through roles from Analyst to Senior Risk Analyst within the Risk Methodology Group. Previous experiences include a Teaching Assistant position at BITS Pilani, where responsibilities involved coordinating assignments for a class of 50 students, and a Process Analyst role at Orient Cement. Swarnika also gained valuable experience as a Summer Intern at the Gujarat Environment Management Institute. Swarnika holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering and a Master of Science in Economics, both from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, completed in 2019.
