Charlotte Matthys

Charlotte Matthys is a skilled professional with a background in bioscience engineering and extensive experience in the beverage industry. As the founder of NONA Drinks since October 2018, Charlotte developed a line of premium non-alcoholic spirits, including NONA June, NONA Spritz, and NONA Ginger. Prior to this, Charlotte worked as a Commercial Sales Assistant at Lansweeper from August 2017 to May 2018 and gained research experience as a Research Assistant at Cacaolab, a university spin-off of Ghent University, in January 2016. Charlotte holds a Master's degree in Bioscience Engineering with a focus on food technology and nutrition from Ghent University, complemented by a Magna Cum Laude achievement from Universitat Politècnica de València in 2015.
