Eduardo Costa dos Santos has held various positions in the IT and business fields since 2010. In 2010, they began working as a Técnico de Operações for Banco Bmg, where they were responsible for maintaining computers and printers, as well as installing infrastructure and cabling for networks, cameras, electricity, etc. Eduardo also worked as an Analista de Negócios, providing customer service and selling banking products, as well as managing contracts. In 2017, they began working as an Estagiário de Engenharia de Telecom for Speedcast Serviços Multimídia, where they monitored radio frequency and satellite systems, pointed antennas, and provided NOC B2B support. In 2018, they became an Estagiário de Gestão de Projetos for Grupo Habib's, where they gathered data for new projects, held tenders for new suppliers of materials and industrial equipment, and performed technical and budgetary analysis for supplier tenders. In 2019, they worked as an IT Project Analyst for Burger King do Brasil, where they were responsible for purchasing equipment, managing inventory, and creating budgets for store openings, resizes, reimagines, renovations, and closures. Finally, in 2020, Eduardo began working as a NOC Shift Manager and NOC Analyst for Nonius, where they provided IT support for hospitality and NOC B2B and B2C support, as well as managing access points for Ruckus/Unifi/Gialto/Netguear/Mikrotik.

Eduardo Costa dos Santos completed a Bacharelado in Engenharia Elétrica e Eletrônica from Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho between 2014 and 2018. Prior to that, they completed a Curso Técnico Integrado in Administração e Negócios from Centro Paula Souza between 2008 and 2010.
