Laura Vass

Laura Vass has over 20 years of work experience in the hospitality industry. Laura began their career in 2002 as an Operations Assistant for Inghams in North America. Laura then progressed to become a Resort Manager in Canada and Switzerland. In 2008, they joined Rabbie's Trail Burners as a UK & Ireland Business Development and Sales Team member. In 2016, they became a Business Development Manager for Maximillion, responsible for growing new business across all Maximillion brands. In 2018, they took on the role of National Account Manager for Fairmont St Andrews. In 2019, they joined Criton as a Senior Account Manager and Business Development Manager, working with the hospitality industry to introduce guest facing technology into the guest journey. Most recently in 2022, they became a Senior Account Manager for Nonius.

Laura Vass completed an Executive Certificate for Tourism Professionals from Edinburgh Napier University in 2016 as part of the Destination Leaders Programme. Laura also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of Strathclyde. Additionally, they attended the University of Idaho and Tain Royal Academy.
