Erica Briggs

Erica Briggs is a seasoned consultant with expertise in organizational culture, DEIB curriculum design, and workplace wellness, currently serving at Last First Consulting, LLC since May 2024. As an Education Specialist for the Nonprofit Association of Oregon and the founder of Transformative Living Community, International, Erica demonstrates a strong commitment to community engagement and leadership. Previous roles include facilitator at the Anti-Defamation League, Director of Equitable Learning at Wayfinding Academy, and Education Specialist at Goodwill Industries of the Columbia Willamette. Erica's extensive educational background includes an MA in Africana Studies from Cornell University and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Mills College.
