Lauren Fairshter

Lauren Fairshter is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in nonprofit management and program coordination. Currently serving as Membership Manager at the Nonprofit Association of Oregon since June 2022, Lauren previously held the position of Office Administrator at the Multnomah Bar Association, where responsibilities included managing committees, transitioning educational programming to online formats, and overseeing social media and marketing communications. In earlier roles, Lauren gained valuable skills in volunteer management, policy development, and event coordination, contributing to various organizations including the Oregon Athletic Bands Council and the Civil Liberties Defense Center. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Planning Public Policy and Management from the University of Oregon.
