Jina Paik

Vice President, Learning & Impact at Nonprofit Finance Fund

Jina Paik has a comprehensive work experience spanning several nonprofit organizations. In 1998, they worked as a Grants Manager at TCC Group, where they managed a $5 million grant-making budget and provided support to grantees. From 2002 to 2008, they served as a Program Associate at the Doris Duke Charitable Foundation. In 2008, they joined the Nonprofit Finance Fund as an Associate and held various roles, including Associate Director, Manager, Senior Associate, and Associate until 2015. During their time at the Nonprofit Finance Fund, they also held the position of Director of Advisory Services, Knowledge Management from an unspecified date until December 2021. In January 2022, they became the Vice President of Learning & Impact, leading a newly formed department focused on continuous learning, strategic alignment, and staff training. Additionally, they served as the Board Treasurer at Dance/NYC starting in 2012.

Jina Paik received a Bachelor's Degree in Fine and Studio Arts from Carnegie Mellon University. Jina then pursued further education and obtained a Master's Degree in Urban Policy Analysis from Milano, the New School for Management and Urban Policy, completing their studies between 2004 and 2006.
