Lacy Serros, MPA has a diverse work experience in the nonprofit sector, consulting, and philanthropy. Lacy is currently the Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging at Nonprofit Finance Fund, where they collaborate with senior leaders to advance the company's mission and execute strategic initiatives. Prior to this, Lacy worked as an Independent Consultant, offering consulting services to nonprofit organizations and foundations. Lacy has also served as a Senior Advisor & Strategist at Motivf. Lacy's previous roles include Program Officer at New Venture Fund at Arabella Advisors, Northeast Program Manager at Hispanics in Philanthropy, and National Urban Fellow at National Urban Fellows. Lacy has a background in policy, government relations, research, grantmaking, and evaluation, with experience at organizations such as Trust for America's Health and Tides Foundation. Lacy began their career as a Policy Analyst at Latino Issues Forum, where they analyzed policies impacting Latinos and directed leadership trainings.

Lacy Serros, MPA, completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biotechnology from the University of California, Davis, from 1999 to 2002. Following this, they pursued a Masters degree in Public Administration from Baruch College for the academic year 2010-2011.
