Lacy began their career as a Policy Analyst at Latino Issues Forum, where they analyzed policies impacting Latinos and directed leadership trainings.
Lacy Serros, MPA, completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biotechnology from the University of California, Davis, from 1999 to 2002. Following this, they pursued a Masters degree in Public Administration from Baruch College for the academic year 2010-2011.
