Kathy Smyth

Kathy Smyth is an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager with a demonstrated history of managing teams, streamlining processes, and ensuring compliance within financial departments. Since October 2015, Kathy has excelled at NIA by overseeing day-to-day operations of the Accounts Receivable team, collaborating with leadership to assess staffing needs, and managing the execution of priorities. Prior experience includes accounting roles at organizations such as Santa Cruz Staffing and Newman's Own Organics, showcasing a strong foundation in financial management and technology utilization.
