Kimberly Spilker

Kimberly Spilker has a strong background in risk management and compliance. Kimberly is currently the Director of Risk Management Services at Nonprofits Insurance Alliance (NIA), where they have been employed since 2017. Before their current role, they served as a Senior Manager in the same department. Prior to joining NIA, Kimberly held various positions at Rice Management, Inc., including Vice President of Associate General Counsel and Vice President of Human Resources and Compliance Officer. Before that, they worked as the Manager of Human Resources and Compliance Officer at Rice Management, Inc., and also served as a Corporate Compliance Officer. Kimberly began their career at Yale Law School as a Coordinator. Kimberly also gained experience as a Paralegal at the San Diego County District Attorney's Office and as the Director of Operations at Debt Relief Network, Inc. Additionally, they worked as a Law Clerk at both the Law Office of Patrick J. Hennessey, APC and the Law Offices of John Vawter & David Landry. Kimberly started their professional journey as a Government Affairs & Compliance Intern at American Family Insurance and as an Assembly Page for the State of Wisconsin.

Kimberly Spilker attended the Thomas Jefferson School of Law from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a Juris Doctor degree in Law. Prior to that, they studied at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Relations, with a focus on Political Science (International Relations - Global Security and Foreign Policy).
