Monica Mendoza

Monica Mendoza, CISR, currently serves as an Associate Underwriter at NIA, a position held since November 2021. Previously, Monica gained extensive experience at RIC Insurance General Agency from June 2014 to September 2021, where roles included Underwriting Assistant for Commercial Lines, Customer Service Representative, and Customer Service Supervisor. Monica also worked as an Associate Underwriter at Amwins Group from September 2020 to May 2021. Earlier in the career, Monica was the New Business Development & Marketing Manager at Ministry Pacific Financial Insurance Services, LLC, focusing on coverage for churches and non-profits. Additional experience includes serving as a Personal Lines Account Manager at Jack Novicio Insurance from October 2010 to May 2012 and as a Customer Service Representative at Jim Wall Insurance Agent from March 2009 to September 2010. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Capella University (2017-2019) and a program at ITT Technical Institute (2010-2012).
