Lesly Cracchiolo has over two decades of work experience in various industries. Lesly is currently the Vice President of Technical Product Management at Nonstop Administration & Insurance Services. Prior to this role, Lesly worked at ISS | Institutional Shareholder Services as the Manager of Agile Operations and JIRA Administrator from 2014 to 2020. Lesly also served as the Lead and Senior Scrum Master at BrightScope (now part of Strategic Insight) during the same period. Before that, Lesly was an Associate Producer at Molten Games, where they managed tasks for the Art Production team, acted as a Scrum Master, and collaborated with stakeholders and external vendors. Lesly gained experience in quality assurance at Trion Worlds, Inc. and Sony Online Entertainment, serving as a Quality Assurance Manager, Studio Quality Assurance Lead, and Quality Assurance Supervisor. Lesly also has prior managerial experience as a Manager at N&J Subs. With their extensive experience in product management, agile operations, JIRA administration, and quality assurance, Lesly has developed a strong skill set and a proven track record in delivering successful projects.

Lesly Cracchiolo started their education at Carlsbad High School, where they attended from 1995 to 1997. Lesly then went on to MiraCosta College, where they pursued a degree in Psychology from 1997 to 2002.

In addition to their formal education, Lesly Cracchiolo has obtained several certifications. In 2013, they became a Certified Scrum Master through the Scrum Alliance. In 2014, they earned the Certified Product Owner certification from the same institution. Most recently, in 2016, Lesly achieved the Certified Scrum Professional designation.
