Charlotte Harper

Charlotte Harper possesses extensive experience in financial management and board advisory roles across various organizations. Currently, Charlotte serves as the Director of AR and Billing at Nonstop Administration & Insurance Services since April 2017, and as an Advisor to the Board at The Other Side Academy since March 2015, contributing to process reviews and board advisement. Prior experience includes serving as Controller at East Bay Community Recovery Project from October 2012 to March 2017, where responsibilities included supervising the accounting team and overseeing risk management and policy review. Charlotte's foundational career at Delancey Street Foundation from 1973 to 2011 involved significant leadership as Secretary-Treasurer, overseeing accounting staff and facility managers across multiple locations and maintaining financial reporting standards. Charlotte holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Relations from Golden Gate University, completed between 1995 and 1999.
