Felicity Gray PhD serves as the Global Head of Policy and Advocacy at Nonviolent Peaceforce, leading the organization’s start-up program in Ukraine since November 2020. Previously, Felicity held various roles including Senior Parliamentary and Policy Adviser to Senator Richard Di Natale, alongside positions in academia as a PhD Scholar and Visiting Fellow at The Australian National University and other institutions. Felicity's research focuses on humanitarian intervention and peacebuilding, with a strong background in legislative policy development, conflict resolution, and international relations. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy and a Master's Degree from The Australian National University, complemented by Bachelor's Degrees from the University of Tasmania and Utrecht University.
