David Hunt

David Hunt has a diverse work experience in the gaming industry. David is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Noodle Cat Games since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Epic Games from 2012 to 2022, where they served as the Lead Systems Designer and was responsible for various core systems and the design transition from retail to live service games. Before Epic Games, David had roles at Bioware as a Senior Designer, where they focused on economy, itemization, and combat design for Star Wars: The Old Republic, and at Cryptic Studios as a Staff Combat Designer for Star Trek Online. David also worked at Flying Lab Software as a Senior Game Designer, specializing in combat systems and balance for Pirates of the Burning Sea, and at Hunt CADD Design as an Architectural Detailer. Additionally, they were involved in an independent MUD project called Project Bob as a System Designer & World Designer and worked as a Freelance Writer for Computer Games Magazine.

David Hunt attended multiple schools from 2001 to 2007. During this period, they pursued an Associate in Arts & Sciences degree with a focus on General, Multimedia/Game Design.
