Mark Thompson

Mark Thompson has extensive work experience, starting in 1999 as the Owner/Operator of Marco's Pizzeria until 2008. Mark then worked at Caribou Coffee as a Training General Manager from 2008 to 2009, and subsequently became a District Manager from 2009 to 2018. Currently, they are employed at Noodles & Company, initially as an Area Manager from 2018 to 2023, and now as the Regional Director of Operations.
