Marku Tsai (蔡承剛)

Marku Tsai (蔡承剛) has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Marku began their career at Huazhi in 2009 as a Sr. Recruiter before moving on to Recruitment Lead at Junkeng Gongye Gufen Youxian Gongsi in 2013. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at Yongda Electric as an HRBP Assistant Manager and later as a Professional Recruiter, Principal Specialist. During this time, they handled various HR functions including relationship establishment, organization management, performance management, recruiting and staffing, and salary reviews. In 2018, they joined Lenovo as an HRBP + TA Advisor, where they provided HR support and talent acquisition services. Marku then worked at Inspur Group from 2019 to 2022, serving as an HRBP & Talent Acquisition Advisor, and later as an HR Project Manager & TA Advisor. Marku is currently working at Noodoe as an Assistant Manager Recruitment, a role they started in January 2023.

Marku Tsai (蔡承剛) completed their Bachelor's degree in Chemistry at National Dong Hwa University (NDHU) from 2001 to 2007. Marku later pursued further education and obtained their Master's degree in Human Resource Development, specializing in in-service training, from National Central University between 2016 and 2018.
