Steve Penfound

Steve Penfound is a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Regal Rexnord, responsible for developing precision electric actuators. Prior to their current role, Steve worked at various companies including Steven-Douglas Corp., Mustang Dynamometers, ViewRay, Adalet/PLM Corp., and Invacare Corp. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Warren National University and an Associate of Applied Science in Microelectronics, Computer Systems & Engineering Mechanics from Lorain County Community College.
