Jill Smokovitz

Jill Smokovitz possesses a diverse background in user experience and recruitment, complemented by extensive military experience. Most recently, Jill served as the Director of User Experience at Nooks from December 2023 to March 2024, following a Skillbridge fellowship in Customer Experience. Prior to that, Jill worked as a Southern Region Service Recruiter for WarriorNOW, focusing on supporting veterans through peer mentoring. Jill's military career includes roles in the United States Air Force as Chief of Special Activities, Duty Director of Intelligence, and Assistant Director of Operations, with a strong emphasis on change management and team building. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Intelligence from American Military University and a Bachelor of Arts in Russian Language and Literature from the University of Michigan.
