Albert Liao

Albert Liao is a seasoned technology leader with a diverse background in software development and engineering management. Currently serving as a Tech Lead Manager at Noom Inc. since May 2022, Liao previously held the position of Director of Software Development Engineering at Mastercard Data & Services and was a Principal Engineer at Applied Predictive Technologies, contributing to the development of the Test & Learn platform. Early career roles included Lead Software Developer at Yorango, Software Engineering Intern at IXL Learning, and Research Assistant at the University of Manitoba. Liao earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University in 2014.
