Alex Marquez-Shaw

Alex Marquez-Shaw is an experienced talent acquisition leader with a proven track record in building and leading recruiting functions across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Noom since March 2021, Alex has also held positions such as Head of Business Recruiting and Senior Business Recruiter. Prior to Noom, Alex was the Recruiting and People Lead at Vanta and served as a Recruiting Consultant, contributing to notable projects for companies like Course Hero and Notion. Alex began the career in recruitment at Course Hero, where leadership roles included Head of Recruiting and Team Lead. Earlier experiences include positions at DataFox and UC Santa Barbara. Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Environmental Studies from UC Santa Barbara.
