John Riccardi

John Riccardi is a data science professional with extensive experience in machine learning, experimentation, and product expansion. Currently serving as Data Science Manager at Noom since February 2020, John has led initiatives such as the deployment of LLM-powered chatbots and revamped A/B testing methodologies. Previously at Facebook, John contributed to augmented reality metrics, developed the "Inclusive AI" framework, and optimized experiments across platforms. Early career roles include a Business Operations Analyst at Oculus and analytical positions at Walt Disney World and Eaton Electrical. John holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida.
