Sumin Kang

Sumin Kang is a highly experienced Staff Engineer and Director of Engineering at Noom, having held multiple progressive roles since July 2016, including Associate Director of Engineering and Tech Lead in both Growth and Mobile sectors. Prior experience includes software engineering internships at prominent companies such as Facebook, SAP, and Ooyala, where Sumin contributed to significant projects like the Ooyala Freewheel ad player and various debugging and development tools. Sumin holds a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from the University of Waterloo and participated in an exchange program at the National University of Singapore.
