Jarred Smith has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2004 when they worked as a Lead Summer Hockey Instructor for Gilmour Academy. In 2010, they were appointed Varsity Ice Hockey Team Peer Academic Liaison at Brown University. In 2011, they worked as a Summer Intern for Merrill Lynch's Private Banking and Investment Group. In 2012, they were a Professional Ice Hockey Player for the Alaska Aces Hockey Club and a Business Operations Summer Intern for Thogus Products Company. Since 2013, they have been Co-Founder of NOOMA, where they are tasked with setting the overall roadmap for the company, the brand direction, their culture, and the innovation pipeline.
