Mohammed Asif possesses extensive experience in customer service and operations management across various industries. Currently, in the role of Partner Management at noon since April 2021, Mohammed leads customer service operations for Noon.com in the KSA and UAE regions. Prior experience includes serving as Program Manager for Service Operations at Denave India Private Limited, where management of a multi-channel sales and service center for Lenovo India was achieved. As Head of Customer Support at Spoyl Tech Solutions, Mohammed built a customer-centric service team for a fashion-based e-commerce company. A long tenure at Vodafone spanned from 2004 to 2018, where positions ranged from Manager of Customer Operations to Contact Centre Executive, demonstrating a strong foundation in customer service and operational leadership. Mohammed holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Bharathiya Shiksha Parishad, earned between 2003 and 2005.
