Project Management

The Project Management team at Noor Al Sahara General Contracting LLC is responsible for overseeing and coordinating various civil, road, and infrastructure projects from inception to completion. This team ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. They handle project planning, resource allocation, risk management, compliance with regulations, and effective communication among all stakeholders. Additionally, they work on foundation and soil stabilization, paving, road signalization, demolitions, excavations, bridge and tunnel construction, and maintenance of road and irrigation networks.
