Noord Ark AB pioneers a new approach to mental well-being through evidence-based darkness retreats, research, and innovation. Founded in the Nordics, we combine psychology, nature, and technology to help individuals restore balance, reduce stress, and reconnect with themselves.

Our work includes immersive darkness retreats, corporate recovery programs, and sensory technologies designed to support sustainable mental well-being and health. In collaboration with leading researchers and clinicians, we bridge science and experience to develop methods that invite reflection, restoration, and a deeper understanding of the human mind and body.

Based in Stockholm with a retreat center in Norberg, Noord Ark AB is part of the Noord ecosystem dedicated to advancing mental health and well-being through research, development, and education.
