Kim Schutte

Kim Schutte is an experienced professional in diversity, inclusion, educational content development, and project management. Currently serving as Kwartiermaker Diversiteit & Inclusie at Noordhoff since November 2021, Kim actively leads working groups focused on diversity and inclusion while also developing educational content and overseeing various author teams. Prior to this, Kim held positions at Internetbureau VrijdagOnline B.V. and dappr, focusing on project management, content creation, and online marketing strategies. Kim's earlier experiences include significant roles at IKEA Group and the Historisch Centrum Leeuwarden, where expertise was demonstrated in training, customer service, and project execution. Kim holds a Master of Arts in History Today and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Groningen.
