Alla Vydai

Alla Vydai has extensive experience in HR positions. Alla currently serves as the Head of HR Department at NOOSPHERE since February 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Ganex Group from October 2019 to July 2020. Before that, they held the position of Deputy Head of Recruitment and Adaptation at Eldorado UA from June 2018 to May 2019. Alla'searlier roles include being the Head of Recruitment and Adaptation and Head of Recruitment at Ukrgaz from 2017 to 2018 and from 2016 to 2017 respectively. Alla also worked as a Professional Recruiter at Ukrgaz from August 2015 to April 2016.

Alla Vydai obtained their Master's degree in Family Psychology from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, from the year 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they earned another Master's degree in Human Resource management from Kyiv National Economics University, from the year 2010 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, Alla also obtained several certifications. Alla completed a course on Profiling: metaprograms, psychotypes, archetypes from Profiling Club in August 2019. In May 2017, they obtained the HRM-MBA certification from the School of HRM. Alla also acquired certifications in Profile of company, position, personality and People Management from GetWin in October 2016 and September 2016 respectively. In June 2016, they completed the HR 4 profession certification from GetWin as well.
