Mike Stedman has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Mike started their career as a Cable Splicing Technician at Verizon in 1998 and worked in this role until 2007. Mike then moved up to become a Local Manager, overseeing the deployment of GPON/BPON Multi-Dwelling Unit/Multi-Tenant Unit projects in Maryland and DC. In this role, they were responsible for scheduling Engineering Work Orders and managing a team of technicians for presurveying and resolving any obstacles. From 2008 to 2011, they served as the Local Manager for maintenance of GPON/BPON infrastructure in Maryland and Washington DC, where they managed up to 20 cable splicing technicians. In 2011, they transitioned to the role of Network Operations Specialist, responsible for GPON installation and maintenance for a large customer base on Joint Base Andrews. Finally, from 2013 to 2014, they worked as the FiOS Local Manager at Verizon before joining Noovis as the Director of Operations. In their current role, they are responsible for scheduling and installation of fiber distributed networks, daily management of technicians, and ensuring project milestones are met.
Mike Stedman attended Northern High School in Owings, Maryland from 1993 to 1997. Mike received a Diploma upon graduation.
