Andrea Diaferio

Andrea Diaferio has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and sectors. In 2007, they started their career as an IT specialist at HP, specializing in servers. Andrea then moved on to work as a Summer Audit trainee at KPMG in 2013. In 2011, they joined Pass Security Service chartered accountancy practice as a Chartered Accountant Trainee, where they gained experience in accounting and auditing until 2014.

In 2015, Andrea worked as a Financial Contractor at Freshminds before transitioning to Kantar in 2016. At Kantar, they held multiple roles, including Financial Analyst, Controlling & Accounting Analyst, UK IT & Operation Business Partner, and most recently, Business Partner in the Global Product Division. Their tenure at Kantar lasted until 2021.

Currently, Andrea is the Director/Founder of NOQ Group, a platform that provides real-time sales visibility and instant revenue splits for in-person and online payments. Andrea established this venture in 2019, where they focus on addressing the challenges faced with revenue share models at events and venues.

Andrea Diaferio has a diverse education history. In 2010, they attended Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca, where they pursued a Bachelor of Economics and Business Administration (BBA) degree, focusing on the field of economy. During their time there, in 2012, they participated in a university exchange program at Xavier Institute Of Management and Entrepreneurship in Bangalore, India, studying Business Administration, Management, and Operations.

After completing their undergraduate degree, they decided to further advance their knowledge in the field of accounting and finance. In 2014, they enrolled at the University of Westminster, where they successfully completed a Master of Science (Msc) in Finance and Accounting. Concurrently, they embarked on a journey to become a qualified accountant, pursuing an ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) qualification, starting in 2018.

Additionally, Andrea Diaferio acquired certification in the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) from the British Council in May 2016.

Furthermore, they pursued the qualification to become an Italian Chartered Accountant, known as Dottore Commercialista. The specific timeline for this is not provided, but it is a significant achievement in their education history.
