Mathew Minardi

Mathew Minardi is currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Site Leader at Sterling Pharma Solutions since April 2019. Prior to this, Mathew held various roles at Noramco, Inc. from August 2006 onwards, including Vice President of Sales, Site General Manager, and Vice President of R&D. Additionally, Mathew worked as the VP Technical Services at Accord Healthcare from November 2017 to April 2019. With a background in Synthetic Chemistry, Mathew has demonstrated strong leadership skills, revenue performance, and strategic insights across various roles in the pharmaceutical industry.
