Rick Bilyeu

Rick Bilyeu currently serves as the Store Manager at Target Optical since April 2022 and has been a Driver for the Nationwide Organ Recovery Transport Alliance-NORA since February 2015, where responsibilities include transporting transplant personnel, organs, and blood samples across central and northern Illinois. Previous experience includes roles as a Driver at Patton Logistics for FedEx, various positions within the optical field including Optician and Office Manager at several clinics, and serving as a Pastor at Lighthouse Community Church for eight years. Rick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from the University of Dubuque and attended the University of Dubuque Theological Seminary.
