Thomas Ulleberg has a diverse work experience in various industries. Thomas started their career as a CAD administrator at Vetco Aibel in 2005. From 2006 to 2010, they worked as a researcher at SINTEF. In 2010, Thomas joined Nordic Semiconductor ASA, where they held multiple roles including System Architect Group Manager, Member of the Board of Directors, R&D Engineer Software, and Application Engineer. Thomas then worked as the CEO of Wireless Trondheim, a social enterprise that focuses on facilitating access to technology infrastructure for research and innovation, from 2015 to 2019. In 2019, they co-founded CPS AS, an embedded technology company, where they served as CEO until 2023, when CPS was acquired by NORBIT ASA. Currently, Thomas works at NORBIT ASA as Sales Business Development.
Thomas Ulleberg began their education in 1996 at Befalskolen KA. Although it is not specified, they did not receive a degree or pursue a specific field of study during this time. From 2001 to 2003, they attended Sør-Trøndelag University College (HiST) where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Mechatronics and Automation Engineering. Finally, from 2003 to 2005, they studied at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) focusing on Production and Quality Engineering, earning the degree of "siving."
