Vijayalakshmi Tenbarai Seshadri has a wealth of experience in the software engineering and digital transformation industries. Vijayalakshmi began their career in 2010 as an Analyst - PMO & QA at Excelacom, where they were responsible for program management, quality management, and software development. In 2012, they joined Capgemini as Lead Executive in the Aricent Group, where they were responsible for defining and implementing QMS practices across center wide product development and product implementation projects, driving design thinking workshops, and signing key partnerships. In 2016, they joined GENPACT as Lead Consultant - Enterprise Digital, where they were responsible for driving ideation, presenting business cases, designing and delivering AI-driven automation solutions, and enhancing the digital portfolio. In 2018, they joined Imerzon as Product Manager & Advisor - Performance & Behavioral Engine, and CogniCX as Associate Vice President - Enterprise Digital Solutions and Solution Architect. Finally, in 2019, they joined norbloc as Head Of Implementations and Head of Delivery, MENA, and Implementation Manager for MENA region.
