Lead Process Engineer at Norbord

Helen Malone has work experience in various engineering roles, primarily at Norbord and Norbord Europe Ltd. Helen started their career as a Chemical Engineering Intern at Norbord Europe Ltd in 2015, where they worked on developing a predictive dynamic model to quantify dust production on site. In 2016, they undertook a 4-month placement as a Chemical Engineer Project Placement at Norbord, focusing on wood quality and its impact on the MDF process and board characteristics. Helen then returned to Norbord Europe Ltd as a Process Engineer, working from 2016 to 2019. In 2019, they briefly served as an HSQE Manager at Malakoff Limited. Their most recent position is as a Lead Process Engineer at Norbord, starting in 2021.
