Prior to this, Ryan held the position of Hotel General Manager at Best Canadian Motor Inns/Columbia Valley Hotels, where responsibilities included data reporting, staff management, and hotel maintenance. Earlier experience includes roles at Columbia Valley Hotels as a Front Desk staff member, and at Murray Bros Drywall as a Drywaller, alongside a foundational position at Home Health & Medical Supplies as a Wheelchair Technician.
