Head Of Companion Animal Strategy at Norbrook Laboratories

Paolo Bianciardi has worked in the veterinary field for over 25 years, starting with Bayer Animal Health in 1994 as a Technical Manager specializing in anthelmintics, ectoparasiticides, and insecticides for small and large animals. Paolo then moved to Novartis Animal Health in 2004 as a Technical Manager for companion animals. In 2006, they joined Virbac as a Technical Manager, where they presented scientific data from animal studies and supported product claims with relevant scientific data. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Technical Veterinary Advisor for CROs. In 2014, they joined Norbrook Laboratories ltd as a Senior Veterinary Advisor and later became the Head of Companion Animal Strategy. Paolo is currently working as a Scientific Assessor for the Veterinary Medicine Directorate since 2019.

Paolo Bianciardi has obtained a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Milan, specifically from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in Milan, Italy. In addition, they have also pursued further specialization through the European Board of Veterinary Specialization (EBVS), where they received a Dipl. European Veterinary Parasitology College degree.
