Lajuana Cross

Lajuana Cross is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Representative at NORC at the University of Chicago since June 2015, where responsibilities include data integrity maintenance, HRMS problem resolution, and training team members. Lajuana has also acted as a Program Facilitator and Consultant in the Greater Chicagoland Area since 2006, supporting youth development and volunteer onboarding. Previous roles include Project Manager and Operation Analyst at Aon Hewitt, General Analyst and Proof Reader for International Project Management Day, and Workforce Analyst Consultant at Allstate Insurance Company. Lajuana holds a Bachelor of Arts with a teaching certificate in Mathematics from Eastern Illinois University and further education from National Louis University.
